This species has been reared from the oothecae of the wood roach Parcoblatta pensylvanica (Blattellidae: Blattellinae) (Edmunds 1952a). Deyrup and Atkinson (1993) listed some potential hosts in FL: Ischnoptera deropeltiformis (Blattellidae: Blattellinae)

Latiblattella rehni (Blattellidae: Pseudophyllodromiinae)
