Plemyria rubiginata

The Blue-bordered Carpet (Plemyria rubiginata) is a moth of the family Geometridae. It is found throughout Europe.

The wingspan is 22–28 mm. The moth flies from June to the beginning of September [1].

The larva feed on many kinds of trees and bushes, including alder and blackthorn.
