It is known from California, Connecticut, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania,South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming (U.S.A.) and Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Ontario, and Quebec (Canada).
