Geographic Range

Haemonchus contortus has been found in Asia (Indonesia, India), Netherlands, Europe (Russia, Italy), South America (Brazil), Africa, as well as in the United States. This parasite has adapted to conditions ranging from tropical areas to cold, mountainous regions.
