@John Game: Ah, yes, titles and captions shown on EOL always remain the way they come from the source, so it is usually best that they be corrected there. Because you own this photo you could upload a version to Flickr and provide a different title and caption. However, that shouldn't be necessary because we should get the updated Calphotos version and if it is has been removed from Wikipedia it should disappear here. But I'll check on it.

@Cyndy Parr: Cyndy, I tried to associate it with Piperia the genus, but I cannot figure out how to change the name underneath the photograph, which reads Piperia yadonii. There is still quite a lot I don't understand about the mechanics of EOl, but it seems to me I can associate the image with whatever I like but I cannot, within EoL, change the title or text of an image itself. Is this true? - please advise, and thanks a lot for all you help so far. It seemed to me the only thing I could do would be to "untrust" this version of the image, then reload the original, named as Piperia sp., to Flickr and enter it in the flickr EOL group. Any other options?

@Cyndy Parr: Correction, it isn't hidden but it doesn't appear on any taxon pages because it isn't currently associated with a taxon name.

@John Game: John, as a curator you still see this photo but it is now hidden from general users because all identifications (associations in the upper right) are untrusted. Do you want to change the Piperia association to trusted so that it can again be seen by everyone on the genus page for Piperia?

This is probably NOT P. yadonii. I am the photographer, and I posted this image on Calphotos in good faith, but its ID has since been challenged by Vern Yadon himself and I think it is another related and sympatric species of Piperia. It has been corrected on Calphotos and removed from Wikipedia, where it was posted

It is certainly piperia sp., but since I cannot remove the name yadonii from the subject of the image itself, which was imported from Wikipedia from where it has since been removed, I am not assciating it with the genus either.
