Looks more like a unicolored blackbird than a yellow-hooded blackbird (yellow-hooded blackbirds do not have a rufous throat patch)

The diagnostic features here are the individual's yellow throat (barely visible) and olive-black head. These features do not occur at all in yellow-hooded blackbirds.

This image appears to be of an adult female unicolored blackbird (Agelaius cyanopus), rather than a yellow-hooded blackbird.
