Tetraodon

(T. mbu)

Tetraodon is a genus in the pufferfish family (Tetraodontidae). It has a wide distribution, from Africa to Southeast Asia. The genus includes both marine, brackish water, and freshwater species. Tetraodon nigroviridis has had its genome sequenced.
