Stathmonotus sinuscalifornici
Stathmonotus sinuscalifornici, known commonly as the California worm blenny in the United Kingdom, and the Gulf worm blenny in Mexico,[2] is a species of chaenopsid blenny in the genus Stathmonotus.[3] It is known from the Gulf of California, in the eastern central Pacific ocean.[3] It was named by P. Chabanaud in 1942,[4] and can reach a maximum length of 6.5 centimetres.[3] Blennies in this species feed primarily off of zooplankton.[5]
