Gymnotichthys hildae is a species of characin endemic to the Orinoco River basin in Venezuela. [1]

Information
The Gymnotichthys hildae is the only member of its genus. This species is known to be found in freshwater and in a benthopelagic environment. They are recorded to live in a tropical climate. This species can reach the average length of 7 centimeters or 2.7 inches as an unsexed male. [2] [3]
