Hucho hucho (Huchen) is a species of ray-finned fishes in the family Salmonidae. They are listed as endangered by IUCN. They are associated with freshwater habitat. Individuals can grow to 150 cm. They have sexual reproduction. They rely on sub-carangiform to move around.
