Periphyllidae

Periphyllidae is a family of jellyfish. It contains 4 genera and 6 species.[1] The most well-known species in the family, Periphylla periphylla, is usually considered a deep-sea species, but it forms large blooms in surface waters of Norwegian fjords.[2]
