It has a wingspan of 27-29 mm (1-1.1 inch). Dark brown wings with grey to white features on the fore wing. The outer rims of both wing pairs is rimmed with white spots.
Its habitat is in dry areas mainly places with sand or gravel like roadsides or shore-lines.
