This is a statue of a baboon, not a living baboon.

This is not a Papio cynocephalus (Yellow Baboon), but a Papio anubis (Olive Baboon). Yellow Baboons are more yellow and not as compactly built. Picture taken in Masai Mara in Kenya where there are only Olive Baboons, no Yellow Baboons.

This is not a Papio anubis (Olive Baboon), but a Papio hamadryas (Sacred Baboon).

Ah, Papio Erxleben, 1777 is apparently a synonym for a fish genus.
