Range Description

This species was described from Tete in the Zambezi Valley in Mozambique and occupies a wide range in the arid to dry savanna region of Southern Africa (Australian CSIRO 1970-1986 unpublished records, Schoolmeesters 2011). Records from Kenya and Tanzania (Ferreira 1972, Schoolmeesters 2011) remain unverified with the Kenyan record probably erroneous.
