Range Description

Occurs in central Portugal (Serra da Estrela), almost all of Spain (except the northern coast and northwest part), in the southeast of France (from the Eastern Pyrenees to Auvergne and the Alps) and in the bordering part of the Italian Alps. Its elevational range is 100-2,500m. This is a European endemic species.
