Anaprionus Okada, 1990 is a subgenus of the drosophilid genus Zaprionus Coquillett, 1902. It is characterized by the presence of odd number of longitudinal white stripes on the frons and the mesonotum. It contains 12 species in the Oriental and Australasian regions (12 spp.). Phyogenetic analyses show the subgenus to be polyphyletic, with some species of its species being more related to other drosophilid genera than to the subgenus Zaprionus.
