Range Description

It is endemic to South Asia, where it occurs very widely in India (Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Uttarakhand and West Bengal), Nepal (Southern Nepal), Pakistan (Baluchistan and Sindh) (Agrawal 2000; Molur et al. 2005). It ranges from sea level up to 1,000 m asl.
