Range Description

This poorly-known species is endemic to the mountains of the island of New Guinea (Indonesia and Papua New Guinea). It ranges from Lake Habbema (Papua Province, Indonesia) in the west to the Huon Gulf and to Mount Kemp in the southeast (Papua New Guinea) in the east. It has been recorded at elevations between 1,000 and 3,200 m asl.
