Range Description

This species occurs in the Philippines and is restricted to the Mindanao faunal region occuring on Dinagat, Mindanao (Bukidnon province) from 1,200 to 2,400 m, Leyte and Biliran islands (Musser and Carleton 2005). Its elevation range starts at 1,200 m upwards on Mindanao with highest densities occurring at 1,600 m. It is thought to be widespread on Mindanao and other islands.
