Range Description

L. turionifera occurs from possibly native status in Norway and Sweden, through central and eastern European Russia, Siberia, the Caucasus, Turkey, Mongolia, Kazakhstan and the Himalayas to the Russian Far East and China as well as northern and western North America. It has been introduced to Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, the Netherlands, Poland, France and the United Kingdom.
