Range Description

The species occurs from India and Sri Lanka east to southern China and south through Indochina, the Malay Peninsula and the Philippines to Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and Australia (Daconto 2001, Kress et al. 2003, Nguyen et al. 2005, Newman et al. 2007, Kwek et al. 2009, Maxwell 2009).
