Richardia brasiliensis (Tropical Mexican Clover) is a species of annual herb in the family Rubiaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Rio Grande Do Sul, Mata Atlântica, Espirito Santo, Ceará, Pará, Amazônia, Pampa, Santa Catarina, Minas Gerais, Pantanal, Pernambuco, ParaíBa, Tocantins, Bahia, Rio Grande Do Norte, The Contiguous United States, Rio De Janeiro, Piauí, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Caatinga, Distrito Federal, SãO Paulo, GoiáS, Alagoas, Paraná, Mato Grosso, and Cerrado. They have simple, broad leaves. Individuals can grow to 3.5 m.
