@Claudia Sotgia: Hello claudia, if you sign up as an EOL curator, you can add the italian common name yourself. Once you have curator status, you will see an Add a new common name box in the Common Names tab of the Lepisma saccharina page.

The italian common name of Lepisma saccharina is "pesciolino d'argento". It's one of the main enemies of libraries, archives and museums. Its damage consist in erosion practiced on the surface of the paper or cloth. The most damage are found in the prints, manuscripts, textiles, tapestries and may result in the loss of precious documents of historical and artistic interest of our country.
