Range Description

Cypripedium bardolphianum is endemic to China. The species is confined to northwestern Sichuan, southwestern Gansu, northwestern Yunnan and southeastern Xizang.

C. bardolphianum can be found between 2,300 and 3,900 m altitude.

The extent of occurrence (EOO) is estimated at 234,000 km² and the area of occupancy (AOO) is estimated at 850 km².
