Range Description

This species is endemic to East Africa and is known from four mountains all with altitudes of at least 2,700 m above sea level and up to 4,500 m. These locations are Mount Kenya, Mount Elgon, Cherangani Hills, and the Aberdare Mountains. The area in which this species is distributed is approximately 5,226 km².
