Habitat and Ecology
This species inhabits rugged mountainous areas, where it can be found in mixed boreal-tropical forest and tropical deciduous forests (Webb, 1967). Animals may be encountered on large boulders, steep-sided rock walls, logs and upright deciduous or pine trees (Webb, 1967). It is probably aviviparous species, although this needs to be confirmed.
