Range Description

There are a few localities in the departments of Treinta y Tres, Cerro Largo, and Tacuaremb in Uruguay and disjunctive in southern Brazil (Paran, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul), and Corrientes in Argentina. It probably occurs more widely than current records suggest, especially in areas between known sites. It has been recorded from 90-1,000m asl.
