Range Description

This species has a wide range across the arid, late summer rainfall region of southwest Africa from the warmer northern part of the Nama Karroo in South Africa across Namibia to southwest Angola (Australian CSIRO 1970-1986, unpublished records). This range is bordered to the east by the deep sands of the Kalahari. To the west, it is bordered by the winter rainfall region of South Africa in the south and the Namib Desert in the north.
