Cheetah, Kruger National Park in South Africa, early evening. This particular animal was sat bolt upright on the tar road when we first saw him (from the car). He casually got up, pottered down the road in front of us and then turned off. This is when he finally deigned to take a glance at us. Photo taken c. Jan 1996 on film.
