This negatively-stained transmission electron micrograph (TEM) revealed the presence of numerous Ganjam virus virions in this tissue specimen. This Bunyaviridae family member is antigenically, closely related to, and an Asian variant of, the Nairobi sheep disease virus (NSDV).
