Two-tailed Pasha
The Two-tailed Pasha (Charaxes jasius) is a butterfly which can be seen only in the Mediterranean regions in August and September. The female has a wingspan of more than eight centimeters and because of this is one of the largest butterflies in the Nymphalidae family. The host plant of the caterpillars is the strawberry tree Ericaceae.
