Part caudal to lateral spines is very large, and real caudal spine is not distinguished from rest of shell. Broadest place is found in the middle of the shell, between the lateral spines. Ventral lip is bent, but not curled ventrally. Shell is dorsally bent posteriorly. Closing mechanism to aperture is present, but not marked by bulging of dorsal side. Growth striae clearly evident on ventral and dorsal sides. Embryonic shell characterized by small incision, separating from rest of shell. Radula is composed of about 9 rows of teeth.
