Eleutherodactylus sanguineus is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is endemic to Colombia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.
