A glabrous glaucous low shrub with decumbent to ascending much-branched, and obscurely striate stems, the young branches greenish-white. The leaves are 2-foliolate with obovate and flattened leaflets. The flowers are white and are arranged in numerous flowered compound dichasial cymes. The fruit is a 5-lobed capsule.
