Occurs in caves and other dimly lit biotopes. Active during daytime. Feeds mainly on small sessile invertebrates and algae, to a lesser extent on harpacticoids (Ref. 5981). Oviparous (Ref. 205). Eggs are demersal and adhesive (Ref. 205).
