Biological Research Needs: Determine species' habitat requirements, seasonal phenology, dispersal strategy, flight capability, food habits and any other life history attributes that would help determine species' conservation needs. Further examine the local geomorphology for any potentially unique conditions at or in the vicinity of Seth Forest Demonstration Area. Determine if there is any dispersal between the two vernal pools at Seth. Describe immature life stages (only adults have ever been found). Monitor groundwater withdrawal in watershed and hydrology in vernal pools at Seth. Determine effects of drought conditions on populations. Formal description of species and species name needs to be published in a peer-reviewed entomological journal.
