Himalayan cedar, Cedrus deodara is a tall tree that grows at altitudes over 2500 m. Dhanaulti India, June 2011.  I took this photo on the day that I was closest to the Himalayas. As you can see, it was foggy, so I didn't see much in the way of snow-capped peaks.
