I originally thought this was a California Marble or perhaps a Western White, but rob_santry's comment sent me back to the books. I'm going with his ID.  From a hike along the Hite's Cove trail. There were so many things to photograph that I'm limiting myself to bugs tonight, just to keep the job manageable. Flowers and landscapes tomorrow :).  All IDs subject to corrections, which are welcome. I'm just trying to match a small handbook.
