Baby octopus (actually an adult bottletail squid (Sepiadarium kochii) - Taxonomy fail!) picked up on a night dive.   About a centimeter in size.  Check out the chromatophores and iridophores.   Also, here is a video by Roy Caldwell of this animal burying itself in sand.  www.youtube.com/watch?v=En7nlyy52QE
