About The Harvard University Herpetology Course - OEB 167

This project is part of OEB 167, a herpetology course taught by James Hanken and Jonathan Losos at Harvard University. Under the guidance of the professors and teaching assistants, students in this course research the biology and natural history of reptile and amphibian species, and then create EOL pages for these species. In the spring of 2010 (the first year of this project), students in the course authored nearly 80 species accounts for EOL, representing roughly one half of one percent of known reptile and amphibian species.
