@Don Dean: Hi Don. I'd have to travel far if I was to meet you in Manaus - I'm currently living in Australia. That doesn't mean I am not available - quite the opposite - but not in person. Cheers

Teresa, I expect to be in Manaus next summer, might need help trying to reconcile some Portuguese studies or names of fruits. Don't go anywhere! Don

Teresa, thanks! I would encourage you to try adding some content in Portuguese. We'll also see if you can help translate the interface into Portuguese. Stay tuned for more information!

Hi all. My name's Teresa. I'm a science editor with some time in her hands. I'm a native Portuguese speaker which speaks good English and who happens to be living in an English speaking country. Can I help?

Welcome, Tina! I've made you a group manager, so you can add and annotate nice examples of Norwegian content to the Community focus collection (on the right) if you like. If you find a brief summary in English for one of your favorite species, and would like to provide a Norwegian translation for us, that would be awesome! (Open the "Detail" tab on the species page, click the "add an article to this page" button and be sure to select a language for your article from the dropdown menu.)

Tina, if you are feeling *really ambitious* you can help us with the work of translating the EOL interface into Norwegian! But the most important questions is, what would you like to do?

Jen or Marie can you make the rest of us managers to that we can add to the collection?

Tina, thanks for joining us! I'm not sure that we have any content in Norwegian yet. We're in discussions with http://www.biodiversity.no/ and they are interested in sharing content. This may take some time and they do not have summaries of very many organisms. You could start to add translations for your favorite species in Norwegian (at least the overview, or brief summaries). Just use "Add an article to this page" and choose the language. Let us know how it goes here!

Jen, can you find text objects submitted by EOL Fellows in other languages? Or you could add the entire LifeDesk.
