The peregrine can reach speeds up to 200 mph! I think that the whole falcon being WWII Japanese airplane namesake is cool.
The male birds fight over territories by grappling in the air while falling with wings and tail spread out. They also keep territories by singing annoyingly.
Bluebirds can gather in flocks of 100 or more and they can fly up to 17 miles an hour.
I didn't know that robins gather together in flocks at night. I think they're pretty social birds.
I thought it was pretty cool how the Titmouse plucks hair off live animals like dogs to make their nests. The Titmice also use shed snake skin to line their nests if they find it.
